Nesharim Foundation is a Singapore-based private foundation, rooted in Christian values, working to bring hope and joy to children who have known too little of both.

The word Nesharim (נְשָׁרִים) means “eagles” in Hebrew — a symbol of strength, protection, renewal and faithful care. Just as the eagle fiercely watches over its young, we are dedicated to uplifting the most vulnerable among us: children with special needs, disabilities, and those who are underprivileged.

Guided by faith and compassion, it is our prayer that Nesharim Foundation may be an instrument of God’s love — bringing hope where there is helplessness, comfort where there is hardship, and joy where it is needed most.

May every child we are blessed to serve know that they are deeply loved, wonderfully made, and never forgotten.

The heart behind Nesharim Foundation.

Our Story

Nesharim Foundation was founded from a deeply personal place — the heart of a mother.

As a loving and devoted mother to a neurodivergent daughter with special needs, our founder, Stacey Hermijanto, has developed a profound compassion for children who face additional challenges in life. Whether medically fragile, living with disabilities, underprivileged, or lacking access to essential support and opportunities, she believes that every child deserves to be seen, valued, and loved.

Through Nesharim Foundation, we hope to be a faithful steward of the resources entrusted to us by supporting organisations that create lasting, meaningful impact in the lives of these children and their families.

As part of our commitment to thoughtful and effective philanthropy, Nesharim Foundation is also a member of the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN). This connects us to a vibrant community of social investors across Asia, allowing us to learn, collaborate, and ensure our strategic giving creates sustainable social impact.

We seek to support trusted organisations that uplift and improve the lives of children with special needs, disabilities, medical fragility, or limited access to education, healthcare, and developmental opportunities. We support initiatives that nurture these children through essential care, therapy, education, and healthy social-emotional growth.

Our work is an expression of faith in action, believing that every child, regardless of their abilities or circumstances, is a precious gift, wonderfully made, and deserving of dignity, opportunity, and joy.

St. Andrew’s Mission School

Unlocking Potential Through Specialised Education

We are blessed to support and journey alongside St. Andrew's Mission School, a special education school dedicated to children with autism.

Their holistic, values-driven approach nurtures each child's unique gifts, equipping them with academic, vocational, and life skills in a loving, Christ-centred environment where every child is empowered to learn, grow, and thrive with dignity, confidence, and joy.

Catch Them Young

Empowering Through Education & Well-being

We continue to support the “KidsExcel” programme, which nurtures resilience, character, teamwork, and life skills in underprivileged children. A dynamic programme that blends sports with academic learning, it helps these children build self-confidence, stay healthy, and discover the joy of learning through play.

We also contribute to the “See Better Learn Better” initiative, a practical and transformative project that ensures children from low-income families have access to proper vision screening and eyeglasses, removing a critical barrier to their learning so they can develop and participate more fully in school.

Singapore Christian Home

Providing Nurturing Therapy

We supported a critical therapy programme for the medically fragile residents of the Children & Young Persons Ward. This initiative provides gentle, restorative care that brings comfort, stimulation, and a better quality of life to children with profound medical needs.

CaringSG

Strengthening Caregiver Communities

Understanding that caring for a child with special needs is a journey for the whole family, we support CaringSG. Their vital work connects, educates, supports, and empowers caregivers of persons with special needs, building strong, caring communities where no family has to walk alone.

SG Enable

Championing Inclusion & Enabling Potential

We contributed to SG Enable, the focal agency for disability in Singapore. We strongly believe in their work in enabling persons with disabilities to realise their full potential, helping to build a more inclusive and caring society for children of all abilities to grow and blossom.
